The Goal:
Océ sought to refine their managed print services offering. Due to a recent corporate acquisition, the internal marketing team at Océ was focused on other projects which prevented them from working on the Océ managed print program development project. As a result, Océ engaged with Tangent in order to quickly develop and execute an offering that was unique to the market, with a custom look and feel that was consistent with the Océ/Canon brand.
The Strategy:
Océ worked with the Tangent business modeling and marketing teams to refine their program offering, develop a new go-to-market strategy for two unique programs for small-mid-sized businesses and large enterprises. Tangent's marketing team assisted Océ in developing a new messaging hierarchy, an integrated marketing package and sales aids to support these programs, in addition to developing and managing a media relations strategy.
The Tactics:
Océ worked Tangent to develop PDF promotional brochures for print and email, sales presentations, sales training and support materials, customer case studies, internal sales success studies, and editorial development for industry media.
