Parts Now
The Goal:
Parts Now was striving to develop a new value added offering that would attract market share away from competition in a crowded marketplace. In addition, they were looking to revitalize their brand presence and develop a new brand architecture.
The Strategy:
Parts Now worked with Tangent's business modeling and software development teams to identify the needs of their target markets and create a new product to assist Parts Now's customers with the creation of time consuming managed print proposals. Parts Now also worked with Tangent's marketing communications team to audit the existing corporate brand and marketing materials.
The Tactics:
Parts Now worked with Tangent to refresh their existing corporate identity to convey a professional and corporate feel, reproduce well in any form of media, and to eliminate stylistic trends. Tangent also helped Parts Now launch a new brand look and message hierarchy. New materials development included a logo refresh, new corporate chromatic range, a brand guide, stationery package, print and web brochures, sales presentations, and tradeshow booth development. The Tangent Software Development team collaborated with Parts Now to create a TCO tool that can analyze printer fleet data from remote monitoring software and customer questionnaires, and generates an assessment of a customer's current printing costs and environment.
