Memjet, a global leader in color printing technologies, aimed to educate dealers and their customers about color conversion in the office setting through replacement of costly devices with the new Memjet C6010 printer.

Strategy

Develop internal sales readiness tools to maintain product training momentum with partner sales reps. Design external co-branded customer marketing tools to articulate the economic benefits of the C6010 printer to customers and dealers.

Tactics

Tangent's engagement provided Memjet with internal tools including a target customer profile guide, device comparison, and sales scripts in the medium of interactive PDFs. Tangent also created external customer marketing tools, including a direct email campaign template, sales presentation, and organization of an industry product launch party. To maintain product-training momentum with Memjet partner sales reps Tangent was retained to conduct their VIP Sales Training sessions.
