Goals

As a late player to the managed print market Office Depot required a unique and compelling program that would have them servicing customers within six months.

Strategy

Create a new sub-brand, Office Depot Managed Print Services, and implement a scalable process to simplify the traditionally long and difficult sales cycle. Develop an integrated marketing strategy to generate interest in target markets and communicate Office Depot as a capable player within the managed print space.

Tactics

The new sub-brand identity included artwork materials, sales pieces for print and web, presentation templates, email campaigns, website development, and sales training documentation. The Tangent development team also built a software tool to remotely analyze printer fleet data, generate customer assessments, and propose detailed Office Depot managed print solutions in an easy to understand format.
