Strategy

Design a new product for customers to easily generate managed print proposals. Audit existing corporate brand and marketing materials leading to a full image refresh. Organize and plan a nationwide seminar series to offer customers and prospects within the industry the practical methods needed to increase their own revenues.

Tactics

The Tangent development team built a total cost of ownership (TCO) tool to analyze printer fleet data from remote monitoring software and customer questionnaires to generate an assessment of a customer's current printing environment and costs. Brand refresh included logo refinement, new corporate chromatic range, brand guide, print and web brochures, stationary package, sales presentations, and promotional video. Event planning and management of the nationwide seminar series provided Parts Now with promotional materials, microsite development, email campaign, social media communications, and on-site seminar organization per each seminar location.
