Goals

St. Lawrence College Corporate Learning and Performance Improvement (CLPI) is committed to meeting the learning needs of businesses in the community. CLPI wanted to promote the story of the return-on-investment a business should expect when undergoing professional development training services. The focus of this campaign effort was to attract new prospective business and promote additional training sessions to past participants.

Strategy

Create a content marketing strategy through case study development honing in on tangible results such as cost reduction, process optimization, new skill development, and revenue growth increase as a result of CLPI training.

Tactics

Tangent, following a period of research and discussion with training participants, developed a standard interview questionnaire for past students. We interviewed, wrote, and designed several case studies which discussed the training experience and value that CLPI brought to the trainee and their business.
